Sports Massage

Our bodies are a massive interconnected network of connective tissue. This connective tissue gives our body its fundamental structure; however a pull in one area will affect the network in a different location.

Massage, applied skillfully, is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system.

Regular sports massage can help prevent injuries, which might otherwise be caused by overuse. Tension can often build up over time with regular activity leading to stresses on joints, ligaments, tendons, as well as the muscles themselves.

The Benefits of Sports Massage include:

  • Removal of metabolic bi products surrounding the tissue
